Business Development Analyst I (HSE)

Position Description:

Job responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Support the organization with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the organization objectives are met.
• Develop HSE documents including standards, manuals, policy & regulations.
• Provide support in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
• Support the organization management in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business.
• Provide support to the organization on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives.
• Develop HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as business requirements.
• Ensure training, all HSE meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s
• HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and
prepare/submit lessons learned to the management.
• Manage Safety Statistic reporting.
• Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the organization head.
• Provide HSE aspects for contracts preparation as requested.
• Develop project specific HSE procedures document.
• Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
• Ensure all work activities are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
• Support HSE personnel in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor Degree with specialization in HSE or related discipline.

Experience:
• 10 years relevant experience in retail business SHE.
• Worked in one of leading oil and gas companies (in downstream, distribution or retial) or similar experience.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Driven and results-oriented.
Language:
• Proficient in oral and written English.

Business Development Analyst I (Technical)

Position Description:

Job responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Develop new business strategies, conduct market analysis, and develop new and improved methods.
• Contribute to the development of the company’s retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) plan, organizational structure, manning levels, etc.
• Develop retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) cases to help review and create successful investments, marketing and sales strategies and operating policies.
• Manage retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) development process from screening through deal closure.
• Drive screening and validation activities to progress proposals through stage gates.
• Lead efforts to formulate a resource and funding plans to transform retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) proposal from concept to a closed deal.
• Lead retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) planning and economic modeling.
• Determine the scope and objectives of the deal, offering messages and “technical” solution that make up Saudi Aramco’s retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) offering.
• Provides administrative direction and personnel management to all assigned Retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) Development Analysts.
• Support the development and roll out of the different related programs.

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma in Inginerie Mecanica, experienta in industria de petrol si gaze sau orice industrie similara.
• Minim 10 de experienta in proiectarea si montarea sistemelor mecanice sanitare pentru facilitati rezidentiale, comunitare si comerciale.

Inginer Electric

Cerinte Minime :

• Diploma in Inginerie Electrica;
• 10 ani experienta in proiecte de constructie si executie electrica, in special in spatii comerciale, de agrement, cladiri de birouri, etc.;
• Expert in tensiune joase si inalte.

Inginer Constructor Civil

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma in Constructii Civile;
• 10 ani experienta in proiecte de constructie a cladirilor de birouri, spatii comerciale si de agrement, zone rezidentiale, etc.

Inginer Instrumentatie

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma in domeniul mecanic, electric si instrumentatie cu o experienta de 4 ani.

Inginer de Teava

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma in Inginerie Mecanica, experienta de 4 ani in domeniul instalatiilor sanitare si conducte sau orice loc de munca similar.

Inginer de Structuri

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma in Inginerie Civila, experienta de 4 ani in domeniul constructiilor.

Inginer de Procesare

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma in Inginerie Chimica, experienta in industria petrochimica si laboratoare de petrol si gaze.

Supervizor Santier

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma de inginer, minim 5 ani de experienta in supravegherea si conducerea proiectelor.

Specialist Materiale

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma de Liceu. Minim 5 de experienta in petrochimie si rafinarie, Coordonator Materiale, Asistent de depozit.
• Este de preferat experienta in SAP pentru module de intretinere a plantelor.
• Experienta in recuperare, cumparare si urmarie materiale, achizitii, echipamente, depozit de piese in sistemul SAP.
• Competente informatice, abilitati interpersonale.
• Engleza la nivel avansat.

Ofiter de siguranta a mediului

Cerinte Minime:

•Diploma de Liceu sau diploma cu grad echivalent. Engleza la nivel avansat, cunostinte despre echipamente de siguranta personala, sanatate si mediu.

Inginer Costuri

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma de Licenta in Inginerie, Managementul constructiilor, Administrarea Afacerilor sau a conturilor.Minim intre 2 si 5 ani experienta in Ingineria Costrurilor inclusiv cel putin un an in proiecte de petrochimie, rafinarii, conducte, inginerie electrica. Familiarizat cu practicile din domeniu, cu materialele si echipamentele. Minim experienta intre 5 si 10 ani pentru ingineri de costuri necalificati.

Inginer Programator

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma de Licenta in Inginerie, Calculatoare, Elaborarea unui plan de constructie / program / buget care maximizeaza eficienta resurselor disponibile ale proiectelor pentru a satisface cerintele clientului, crearea de programe si stabilirea liniilor de baza prin identificarea domeniului de aplicare si de munca, crearea de coduri de sarcini detaliate pentru a urmari progresul, ora si durata. Elaborarea unui program detaliat de proiect si urmarirea progresului, recenzii si audit de programe proprii, proceduri de control a planurilor si a practicilor.

Inginer Masurator

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma de Licenta in Inginerie, interpretarea schemelor de proiect, ale documentelor contractuale precum orare, domeniul de activitate. Prepararea detaliata a cantitatii exacte prin desene, scheme de proiect, pregatirea schitelor in domeniul IFC, manual sau cu ajutorul AutoCAD sau PDF pentru a putea sustine cantitatile in registrul de contabilitate.

Specialist Control Documente

Cerinte Minime:

• Diploma de Licenta in Inginerie. Minim 10 ani de experinta in monitorizarea, controlarea, planificarea si programarea proiectelor. Oferte si contracte, monitorizarea costurilor si a bugetului proiectului, studii de fezabilitate si de finantare, planificarea proiectului si tehnici de control. Managementul prooiectului, planificarea resurselor proiectului.

Estimator

Minimum Requirements:

•Diploma de Licenta in Inginerie. Studierea domeniului de activitate a proiectului, cerintele clientilor, BOQ, etapele proiectului, caietul de sarcini din documentele de licitatie furnizate. Evaluarea calendarului proiectului, schita proiectului pentru a estima bugetul rpivind costurile proiectului. Fise privind cheltuielile si etapele proiectului pentru licitatie. Competent in a uitiliza MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Project si o buna cunoastere a calculatorului.
